Change wishlist default filter/sort

Right now wishlist displays "All Games" sorted by "Rank" by default. I want to change default filter to "Games with Discounts" and sort to "Discount (Percentage)"

If you don't have time or effort to implement, please explain what lines to edit in my local script for desired effect.

The wishlist sorting option is saved for about one hour after you've made a selection. If you want something more persistent you can bookmark a sort link directly, for example steamcommunity.com/id/YOURID/wishlist**?sort=discount**. The links can be seen when hovering a sort option and accessed by Right click > Open link in a new tab
