Added a toggle for this feature as I have a lot of market listings; If I set the display count to 100 it starts giving me 429s and almost immediately...

While Steam (without ES extension) is showing reviews text content (`.review_box .content`) with `font-size: 13px` (recommended.css), ES is showing the content with `font-size: 18px` (home.css) which is very ugly.
Adds a "revoke all invites button" on the invite via token page on Steam.  This also updates the `CreateInvite()` function to push the newest invite into the `g_rgTokens` array.

For v3.2, I'd like to have links on the options page (maybe a ? mark with a circle around it) for each option that will link to what that feature...
Users will be able to select certain items they would like to watch, and the market will (hopefully) show those items only on it's home page.
I used to notice, that when there is multiplayer/co-op on the game page I consider to buy, I often go to game discussions and co-optimus.com for the network/local gameplay info....
