[Suggestion] Let users vote for new features

UserReport (or a similar service) could be used to let users request or vote for new features.

Neither the Steam group nor Github have an easy way to see which feature requests are more popular and new requests easily get burried in both. Also for the average user creating an account on a specialized feedback platform like UserReport should look a lot less scary than creating one on a code sharing platform like Github.
