[Suggested Feature] Random/rotating profile backgrounds

For example: you could set it to, every 24 hours, change to a random profile background that you own. Or, every hour, change to the next background in order. And to be a little ambitious, it might randomly choose a background when you launch a game, for that game. I just think that as it is, there's not much point to owning more than one.
