[Enhancement] Steam Gifts/Inventory - See who has item on wishlist/etc

I'm looking at my gifts and it's somewhat hard to figure out who I'm able to send them to. I'd like to be able to click on a gift (e.g. a game) and see if any of my friends have that game on their wishlist as well which friends own the game itself.

Related to this (and probably more difficult to implement) would be similar functionality for badges. If I'm viewing a single badge card I'd like to see which of my friends have other cards in that set, and of those which friends do not have that specific card.
