Add -macos-be-damned flag (sets cert validity to 100 years)

Using the -macos-be-damned flag extends certificate validity from the default 2 years and 30 days (the max allowable by Apple stuff) to 100 years, which is useful for insecure applications that you don't want to babysit (like mock servers for automated tests).
