New restriction on blocklist size

I just saw yesterday the subscribable blocklist size is now 70K from the previous 125K. Mine are all larger than that so I need to split them into acceptable size but it appears download function is gone?? How can I now download list so I can analyze and scrub? Thanks for your attention to this.
