Feature request: use mute lists

I have an extensive mute list that would be useful as a block list. It would be great for people to be able to subscribe to my mute list.

Currently working on a fork that can do so, managed to fix the screen ID error whilst working on a mock up. At this current moment I am trying to change the request to Twitter's API to use mutes/users/* instead of blocks/*, however, I cannot seem to track down the code which sends the request to this part of the API. Help would be appreciated, I will push my modifications to my repo, which has been since updated.
