rsocket support

Some times ago in ofed added rsocket support to able to use pure rdma connections without ipoib and tcp. Do you have plans to add it?

I think rsocket support would be a great addition to the library. I'll be happy to accept any pull request that adds it, but I probably won't get time to add it soon.
