Selectors added on #212. Added some code that **might** have fixed this, but haven't tested.

Looks like your configuration is messed up. Are you coming up from 2.x? Areas don't require motion/occupancy sensor.

Yeah 3.0 release broke the beta. Will need to recreate the areas

I'm experiencing the same on my integration. Removing the config entry through the UI and re-setting it up works. First time setup works. Re-configuring gives `User Input Malformed`.
