Is this library even still supported?

@leereichardt I'm not sure if it's the tone you were going for, but the ‘even’ in your question makes it sound rather rude.

This is one developer's personal project (not mine, although I've used it and contributed some small changes to it over the years). To ask if it is “still supported” presupposes that it ever was.

Perhaps you could try again. Is there a specific problem you're having with this package? Is there a question you were hoping to get answered? Or are you just seeking to understand what level of support (if any) you might be able to expect if you took this on as a dependency for your project?

We're running into https://github.com/jsdf/only-if-changed-webpack-plugin/pull/7 while trying to add this to our project and a quick glance at the commit history doesn't fill me with confidence that this plugin will continue to have bugfixes or releases for future webpack updates, etc.

It's unfortunate, because this seems like an incredibly useful plugin that we'd really like to use.
