MacOS version required in the README

Unfortunatelly wine stopped developing for MacOS a couple of years ago due to some changes in the OS. Could you provide which version of wine and macOS its supposed to work correctly? I will try to setup a container or vm image (vagrant maybe?) To help with the setup of the dev environment as soon as I have some free time.

Thanks, I've just updated the readme. I'm running 10.14.6, as 10.15 removes support for 32 bit code.
