Block Cloudflare and Apple VPN users

Looks like Cloudflare IPs are not detected as VPN and are allowed to connect. We should add an extra check where if ASN is 13335 then mark as VPN and disconnect.

Edit: I've seen some IPs belonging to Apple as well making me think its their Apple Relay product
