bot says files have been modified

I am trying to add angular 1.4.4 since yesterday. bot keeps saying that files have been modified. You can check it manually. Not a single bit is modified.

That is a github api issue, Github has been reporting inaccurate file modifications when the diff of the pull request contains too many files (more than 80 or something)
