Investigate CDN tests slowness

Before it was taking ~40s, now it needs more than 3 minutes with a cache hit, and more than 20 (!) minutes without a cache hit.

Today I hope I did the final purge. So tomorrow I will try to test and check if the issue was related to purges or not

Maybe it was a temp issue at ATH combined with purges that created this issue? I cant replicate it. Locally everything works fast

The slowness wasn't a POP issue. You could see the CI jobs here taking 20m, 30m or even more. There is definitely something wrong when there's a cache miss, which we didn't have before the switch...
