Submit PRs on repos with legacy references.

A quick search yielded 11 repos with references to maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com. I'm going to submit PRs to each updating to the latest stackpath url and add identity where missing.

IMO this is futile because you just searched the repos and not the files :P

So, I wouldn't bother with the repos at all, they all look like test repos and nothing serious IMO.

While this issue is outdated I think it could be relevant in migration of *.bootstrapcdn.com links to cdn.jsdelivr.net links. As first step I think a manual review and sending PRs to most popular repos would make sense.
