Explain to potential sponsors all the sponsor items and how to understand and where to find info

• [ ] describe the "💰💰💰" icons
• [ ] describe where to find details (inside the github ticket)
• [ ] describe how to apply/discuss a sponsoring item
• [ ] describe how to find out if an item is still available (see project board)
• [ ] clarify payment in general: there is no money going to the orga team, the sponsor always pays directly, etc.
• [ ] once you get started, there will be a lot of things, I am sure :)
