Create all the tasks that are missing for JSCC20 on this board

These are items that I did not understand from #545:

• Campfire / Feuerschale for the evening
• finish the party order the day before the event
• generate tweets from participants input (use tags, interest, contribute fields)
• add date for sitting together for 1st time to find event date, e.g. January - 18th January 14:30
