Why food?

Fuel for Innovation: At JSCraftCamp, we champion both mental and physical well-being, emphasizing the need for good, healthy, and sustainable food options with minimal environmental impact. We invite sponsors to fuel our (coding) people by providing energizing, eco-friendly evening meals during for Friday night. This partnership will keep our attendees' creativity flowing and support sustainable practices. Join us in nurturing minds and the planet at JSCC.

How does it work?

We need about 800,- (8,- pP)

Last time we asked some food companies for offers and had the sponsor confirm that amount up front. Once the food was delivered on the day the sponsor pulled out the credit card and made all attendees happy by enabling them to fill up their stomaches. And boy, they had been happier and their energy levels had been restored and they went on. Thanks in advance for supporting us.

We have alm (#1794) and jambit (#1840) who both want to spend 500 €. Maybe we can get Friday evening food invoice split up between them!

@IObert since you mentioned "half of the evening food" - since we planned 800 €, I'd assume twilio would want to budget 400 € in total?

We're currently planning the different open tasks with multiple sponsors (we have a few bigger tasks where we merge multiple sponsors now). Using monetary values makes it a bit simpler to find appropriate catering... 😅
