Yes, we will :) @Lisa-Giese is in charge of organizing it. She already talked to Marco about the details.

Hi @wolframkriesing, the coffee machine will be delivered on Thursday 29.06. and some colleagues will come with our other stuff on Friday 30.06. at around 8:30. So the setup should be finished when the event starts. About the payment: we handle the payment directly with the vendor. Or is there something else we need to have in mind?
