Subscription / Notifications / Updates

Hello, great work making an aggregated list of all packages. However i wish there was a feature to subscribe to Notifications / Updates when ever you update or add new package.

That way we can always stay updated. I am sure this would be there in your todo list, but just thought to let you know.
