Using ASDF to build and bootstrap the system?

We could use ASDF defining custom components to distinguish host and target source files probably. The inconvenient of this is, of course, we could not get JSCL compiles itself completely, even on node or other standalone Javascript engines.

So, this ticket involves studying if it is doable as well as discuss if it is desirable at all.
