Android/Mobile support
Exactly what the title says, port it to the mobile version of Firefox. Don't know how difficult it would be, but It would be handy for my use case.
It might be possible. Someone familiar with developing for Firefox for Android probably could tell you. And maybe take it on a a project (it's beyond my skills).
Beta 119 unlocked 100+ addons – maybe with 121 beta and 122 Nightly itself will be unlocked installing your addon.
Currently, when I upload an update, there are some warnings about the code not being compatible with Firefox for Android and I do not mark it as compatible with Firefox for Android. It's the code related to the toolbar button. Someone familiar with developing for mobile UIs would probably know how to adapt the interface.
I can't select the checkboxes. When I tap on them it just highlights the item in yellow but doesn't check the checkbox.
Check with mouse on Bluetooth or Micro/USB C?
I don't rule out that the API is still missing despite Mozilla's assurances that rather everything is already there (Firefox Nightly 122+).
The box for "Strip image/webp" should be "checked" by default (it's just a character swapped by a script, not a checkbox control). It seems the code to read and apply preferences isn't working correctly, and that might be related to the entire panel not responding to touches.
In any case I think I'm still getting webps (or is there a good test page I should use)
I don't know a ready-made webapp Tool for that.
The file idea doesn't seem to work at all on the phone:

(title is not visible and saved image have 1.2-1.3 MiB instead 600-700 KiB).
Maybe www.kei.pl in forced PC mode is good test until cyber_Folks repair page:
Disabled addon (bigger slider 3 columns with 2 rows) |
Enabled addon (I dunno how layout is broken for columns from 3 into 1 biggest) |
However, we still need specialists to repair pop-ups to save the status of options (inactive per domain or a given/each type of graphics).
Actually, I'm curious if it's possible to easily extend support for the JPGXL lock in Firefox Nightly (by addon with actived experiment to JPGXL support).
