desktop application don't show meaningful error reports

Expected Behavior

The desktop application has to show some meaningful report, maybe via some windows listing all the error, like in the CLI version.

Actual Behavior

more error falback to a generic in lIne or to some internal stuff like some error in the "rendering" engine
