V3 : regl-renderer demos

Expected Behavior

All demos of the regl-renderer package work as expected.

Actual Behavior

The regl-renderer package has been changes to use ES6 imports / exports. A new library needs to be created via ROLLUP, and the demos need to be reworked to work again.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Try to open demo.html
