Lost some annotations

I have a couple of datasets where there are many images with annotations. In some datasets, it shows annotations and lists them correctly, but in a few datasets it says no annotations. A few weeks ago, it was showing correctly. I have even restarted the docker images, but same issue. Is there anything missing here?
