Image rotate when segment, after segmented and returned to dataset, mask slipped by 90 degree

While I love how user friendly this tool is, I experienced this issue with my recent dataset, the problem didnt appeared during the first dataset I worked on tho. Is this some glitches that I need to ignore or do I need to do something to get my mask working properly? Appreciate any help, thanks.

I have found this bug whaen image sizes doesn't equal to image info in annotations

pycocotools make annToMask wrong rotation to corresponding image because of that
