flag image as empty

Hi, while labelling many raw images I have noticed that it could be useful to flag images as "seen but not of interest", possibly counting them as annotated. This should help to keep track of the real progress of the dataset annotation percentage and makes more easy to resume a partially labelled dataset.

Thanks for your work on this tool, it is very useful.
