[Bug] renderNoResultsView is not rendered in Select component

Description

The default component or custom component for renderNoResultsView in the Select component is not displayed when the search returns no data.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Render a Select that has searchable options
  2. Search in the input field so no results are found
  3. The default component or custom component for renderNoResultsView is not displayed
