Adds support for Inves ZX Spectrum 128k (español)

JSpeccy does "only" add a few models (16k, 48k, 128k (UK), PLUS2A, PLUS3). Among them there is not the Spanish Inves ZX Spectrum 128k (Español), a model sold in 1985 and developed in a shared way by Sinclair and Investronica.

This pull request adds support for that model.
