New 3DSecure v.2 protocol

Is there any plan to implement the new 3DSecure v.2 protocol? I'm a little busy now and any help is appreciated. The new protocol release is 14th september and its implementation is a must for frictionless payments. These are the docs I have:

@mendicm Sorry, but I have no time to look into this. Maybe someone can create a PR for this feature.

I'm looking forward to this, I think this is going to be mandatory for a lot of transactions.

Sorry @devnix I could not take a look at this, nor have plans to do it in near future. Maybe @mendicm has already solved it in its fork.

@jsampedro77 @devnix. We delayed the implementation because we are migrating to Addon Payments. I'm not sure if we will do it finally. I will keep you up to date when I return from holidays. Best regards!
