The site content is an online plate tectonics simulator writen in js. It's a fork of a repository of the same name by davidson16807. I think it's relevant to the Javascript becuse it's hard to find any website like this.
As you note yourself, this is just a copy of someone else's work that is already accessible on the internet: https://github.com/davidson16807/tectonics.js
If you think that project is eligible for a JS.org subdomain (it isn't), you should ask them to do it, not just fork and do it yourself...
But, this isn't eligible for a JS.org subdomain, it is just a website that is built with JavaScript, it is not something specifically that JavaScript developers would want to use in their own projects etc., unless I'm missing something.
