[FEATURE REQUEST]: Replace throttle solenoids with servos.

Feature/Enhancement Summary

Replace solenoids on detents with servos which actuate a cam underneath each detent to raise and lower them. FWD (MAX) detent will require a spring cartridge to support push-through of the detent. (Also, consider a small stepper which will give better holding power.)

Bonus points to mount both solenoids on the FWD side of the throttle to keep the aft clear for ATC build.

This update would also require an update to the controller PCB to support the move to the new motors.

Justification

Solenoid solution is suboptimal, since solenoids that fit the envelope don't have adequate holding power.
