Possible to apply Numeric Validation to individual cells?

hot_validate_numeric can apply numeric validation to an entire column of cells. However, I am hoping to make a table where the value inside every individual cell is validated against a different value - hot_validate_numeric does not seem to be able to accomplish this.

Is there a way to numeric validation to one cell at a time, each with a different "min" argument?
