Adding SRT transmission protocol support (for a fast and efficient RTMP alternative)

This is a pretty light one, just needed to add a few light dependencies to the containers, and build libsrt + Ffmpeg with the support for it (only for 4.0 and higher though) It allows to make easy streaming proxies for bad networks or anything else if you care about throughput, latency and reliability.
