Downrange distance requirement

I recently created a CC extension for RP-1 to implement Sounding rocket contracts that require the vessel to be launched a specified distance downrange. The PR itself can be found here. Would there be interest on your side to integrate this functionality into CC itself? It might also be useful for other projects besides RP-1 that use CC.

If you're still interested, then yes, I think I'd be willing to include this into CC pretty much as is.

Would be greatly appreciated if you could roll this extension into the master branc.

You're free to include any of the RP1 extensions directly into CC. Just make sure to use a different name to prevent conflicts.
