After installing Stock Visual Terrain several contracts fail to load

When I loaded up my game after installing SVT I was presented with several exceptions (I'll see if I can recreate them with an old quicksave and post them later) and a number of the contracts I had accepted became failed (mostly Remote Tech contracts). When I went in to mission control the only Remote Tech contracts listed under "all" are Kerbin, Mun, and Minmus.

I checked the debug window which shows several red contract groups: CactEyeObservation

Oops, hit the submit button too early, the rest of the contract groups are: CCCP-SCANsat, RemoteTech, SETIcontracts, and Tourism.

Let me know what logs I can fetch to make diagnosing this easier.

If you can attach the KSP.log it would be helpful.
