LMP Server will not run when BDAmp is installed

SUMMARY

Server will not start, no clear direction on what to do after downloading new LMP Server and BDAmp.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Install LMP Server 0.28.0 Install BDAmp 0.4 Move BDAmp to Plugins in LMP Server Run server

I know this is a bit late, but for anyone else with this problem. You don't need to install this onto your server, only the client needs it. I don't know why the installation instructions tells you to reinstall your server, it doesn't seem to make a difference. I tested in a local server and I could shoot other players with my weapons without any changes to the server.
