Uses espresso-mode instead of the patched js2-mode

Hi Jon,

I no longer use your elisp repo (I've been building my own), and I discovered a patched js2-mode that fixes the crappy indentation and I thought you might be interested

Here's a commit in my own repo that pulls it in as a submodule and performs customisation only to enable pretty lineup of multiline var declarations

https://github.com/jjl/elisp/commit/ad1453b196e3727bfb9379a7d3624a702606ad50

Or alternatively you may be interested in this page which describes how to use js2-mode with espresso's indentation (plus he hacked in a couple of extras including the multiline var thing).
