Add a way to signal which item you want to show

What would be great is a dedicated actual function for it. By hovering a card and pressing a key you would make a thick visual frame appear around that card, clearly showing that it wants the attention for whatever is going on in the game. By pressing same key again on a card that is already marked/signalled by this border you would "shut it off/remove" the border frame from the card. A basic solid color frame, of configurable color, would suffice.

I have a proposition for that: sometimes you just don't want to show an entire item but a part on it. So we can imagine something more versatile: when you click somewhere on the board which a specific key you drop a marker (a bouncing arrow, pulsating circle, ...) with player color. You can even drop multiple marker if you want to show multiple thing then remove them at one with one action or after some predefined time.
