Investigate. Add account registration forms and stepper

Implement account registration forms with stepper functionality including contact, verification, and credentials forms, along with a terms acceptance dialog.

Dialog won't open on "submit" activator but will open on the "submit_activator" activator despite having the same action condition.

Solution for now is to not name my activator "submit"

Thanks for the example, I will add it to the demos.

I had some trouble myself with activator/buttons named "submit" and/or "reset". Apparently browsers treat buttons with that name in a special way. I documented this somewhere but forgot where.

Ahh that makes a-lot of sense. Way back when I remember seeing that when doing raw html in the browser. I forgot all about that. Thanks for getting to the bottom of it. I will close the issue.
