Order within group

In some cases sorting is not on a per-table basis. Especially if ordering field is something like item no, question no

There may be a meta field that shows grouping partition, like as

ordering=('item_no') order_group=('category')

And update on db may be done with adding extra where filter;

where category= :category

Yet, in that case user have to filter data first than drag and drop. Or some movements may be forbidden to prevent conflicts like user can't drag multiple rows within different order_group, etc
