executable never unblocked

I’d like to be able to leave the »Dr. Mingw« window open while compiling and running the program again. This is impossible because the linker cannot write the new executable.

I'm not sure what this would entail (I suspect it would require mgwhelp to intercept and remove its structures when the respective dbghelp functions get called), but I agree it would be nice.
