Upgrade project to Spring Boot 2.4

The spring boot version is rather old in this project. We should update spring boot to version 2.4.x

I have tried to solve this issue quick-and-dirty, and I have faced with many runtime exceptions. It will take some time, until somebody else solves it faster.
