Ability to disable SteamVR keyboard

I'm using a very unusual VR setup (TrinusVR + PS Move) and because of that, sometimes i have to recenter the controllers with start+select. In other VR games it works fine, but in Vivecraft it also opens the SteamVR keyboard and you can't close it by using controllers. The only way to close it is by pressing the Escape key on the keyboard. This also happens when going to bed. The best solution here would be to add the option to disable SteamVR keyboard in settings menu.

I find it oddly unfortunate that start and select are grip and appmenu.
