Nether is extremelly laggy

I have a decent pc, no stutters or anything even with shaders on forge.

Entering the Nether sends me randomly flying in random directions before being placed and taking fall damage, ending a hardcore run of mine after about a week. Every 8 seconds, regardless of if i move or not, there are massive lag spikes that take me out of my HMDs playable area even.

@TheExplosion Lower your simulation distance and see if that helps a tiny bit.
