[Mod incompatibility] The Betweenlands teleportation locomotion and mud

This dimension mod appears to be mostly functional with one exception regarding teleportation locomotion.

Users cannot teleport onto "mud" blocks or similar when using teleportation locomotion, nor can they easily enter the water (likely due to it being very deep). In vanilla Minecraft these aren't very big issues, but in The Betweenlands the limitation becomes more apparent.
