Half of the textures missing?

I'm not sure what is happening. I've restarted, reinstalled, copied the .minecraft from another working system. What should I try next?
It's everything, I'll grab another screenshot and edit my comment to include a few more. Also the vive controller textures don't appear either - just their polygon shape does.
OK so it's not just Vivecraft, it could be OpenGL... do other steamvr games work? Have you tried updating your video card drivers?
When you say the Vive controller textures don't appear, do you mean in SteamVR or do you mean the "hand" models in Vivecraft?
Other steamvr games work no problem. I mean the hand models in Vivecraft.
My menus look like this also. There is a flickering in the menu buttons that kinda looks like z-fighting. Textures in game look fine, but there is kind of a gigantic box transparent 2d box attached to my gui hand. I have had this for several vivecraft versions and across a couple different PC's / new windows installs and video cards also. I will try and make a video to show it better.

@zeushammer If you get this please post the log again, as the pastebin expired. I'm cross-referencing information to see if I can find out anything about this.
