Issue with keyboard overlay not displaying properly(with shaders?)

While using the Valve Index Controllers(have not tried others), when the keyboard overlay pops up for any use(when using mods and shaders), the keyboard overlay is discolored with a strange transparency issue and my controller models/player hands no longer display. Keyboard still functions, but cannot see hands to type.

The circumstances surrounding me replicating this are as follows:

Private world, running on Forge 1.12.2 server with Mods and Shaders. Only suspected changes would be my shaderpack, Seus Revived 1.0, did not turn off to test(will update later).

Client Mods installed are currently:

Chisel, Inspirations, Mantle, Sign Post, SignEdit, The Twilight Forest, CTM, Crayfish's Furniture, and the VR extension.
