Is there a way to generate #+title: after creaing deft file?

If I'm not mistaken, when I'm using doom emacs. Each time I create deft-file with C-c RET, it always generate a new file with firstline is title based on the filename.

but after change to Purcell, somehow it not do that anymore.

I think this project is dead :( The dev does not answer most of the questions posted here...
